Coin World magazine and Shepherd Expos Management are pleased to confirm the 2024 Great American Coins and Collectibles Show has not one, but two successors in store. In addition to announcing the two new shows, the companies have created a mailing list where attendees can sign up for more information.
Today's announcement reveals the two new shows, both carefully located within premier travel destinations in Florida and the Midwest, as follows:
The April 2025 show will be set against the backdrop of beautiful Florida spring weather and will take place at the Broward County Convention Center, Fort Lauderdale, FL, April 1-4, 2025.
Then in the fall, our September 2025 show will take place just outside of Chicago at the Donald H. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, IL, September 23-27, 2025. The venue is well known for its convenient location near the O'Hare airport and a short distance of Chicago's famous downtown restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
"We'll build out an annual schedule of shows after wonderful support from the numismatic professionals and collectors after a sold-out inaugural 2024 Tampa show," said Rick Amos, CEO of Amos Media, and publisher of Coin World. He added, "our partnership with Larry Shepherd, and his team at Shepherd Expos Management is off to a great start as we look to adding our shows to the other major events for numismatists throughout the country."
The two shows follow the inaugural show taking place in Tampa, FL September 11-14, 2024. Billed as the 4th Major Coin Trade show, GACCS seeks to join the likes of ANA's World's Fair of Money, CSNS's Central States and Whitman's Baltimore Expo. Packed with dealers, giveaways and other surprises, the launch of this new show is poised to provide a memorable experience for all attendees.
The Tampa, Florida Convention Center is located at 333 S. Franklin Street. Public hours for the show are on Wednesday, September 11, from 11 am to 5:30 pm; Thursday, September 12, and Friday, September 13, from 10 am to 5:30 pm; and on Saturday, September 14, from 9 am to 2:30 pm.
Admission is $10 when booked online in advance (www.GACC.show), and $15 at the show from Tuesday to Friday, and admission is free for everyone on Saturday.
